Refunds & Returns
If you’d like to return an item, just send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price! (Minus shipping, handling and other such costs).
We only accept returns for items that have not been used and are still in their original packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping and associated costs.

Boat Hut has approx 100,000 product lines coming from a number of warehouses across Australia.
Not all of these products are available for a walk-in purchase at Acacia Ridge – most times you will need to make arrangements in advance.

We try our best to keep the website up to date with current stock holdings.
We will accept back orders on out-of-stock items.
If using a PO Box please select an Australia Post delivery option. If an option, other than Australia Post is selected, then we will send the parcel regular post.
Boat Hut reserves the right to refuse to fulfil an order that has the incorrect postage/freight collected at the time of sale. We will work with you to rectify the matter, if we are unable to come to a resolution then we will provide a refund in full.
