I've had a couple of dealings with Boat Hut now, and the service has consistently been prompt with good delivery times and solid front-line support. I did have an issue with a recent purchase, but they went out of their way to organise a replacement part through the wholesaler — which was exceptional. The response time was extremely quick, and when you're operating offshore, you really need your gear to work properly. They were happy to come to the party and do whatever they could to help out. Great customer service and much appreciated.
