I recently purchased some parts for my boat from Boat Hut. I called on 2 occasions but the phone rang out. It was 4.50pm and I thought "well they've gone home for the day. No problem I will try tomorrow". However the salesman called me back at 5.00pm. We discussed what I needed and he gave me good advice and information on different brands. I found it very helpful and great communication skills - especially to call back after their closing time. The parts arrived approximately 3 days later. I was able to install them that day. I was very happy with their service, knowledge and good price. I will use them again.

Received a test Sunday arvo thanking me for my order so I replied and asked if the product could be put in the post Monday as I had paid for express post. I recently ordered a Dometic Seastar hydraulic helm from the Boat Hut.I dealt with Peter in Brisbane and he could not have been more helpful. The item was in a Melbourne branch and Peter followed up with emails, about the transit of the freight, even checking I had received the product once tracking had shown as delivered as he knew it was urgent.The freight was surprisingly fast and was in my hands six days after ordering.
