Detwiler offers a complete range of jacking plates for marine outboard motors available in both manual and hydraulic operation Manufactured and precision machined from extruded work hardened aircraft grade 6061 T6 aluminium to combine the very best in stiffness high tensile strength and corrosion resistance Detwiler jacking plates have been designed to handle the most demanding outboard engines to a maximum of 300 horsepower including high torque four stroke engines For corrosion resistance reliability and long service life all aluminium parts are anodised and hardware is stainless steel or brass 8 setbacks Integrated powerful hydraulic actuator with precision positioning provides complete control of the jacking plate via a simple rocker switch even while under way Capable of handling a maximum supported engine weight to 280kg to suit most outboard engines to 300hp including four strokes Simple easy to operate rocker switch adjustment even while under way Smooth powered height adjustment via integrated hydraulic actuator with self purging reservoir Precise positioning with optimised lift speed Fully captured slide mechanism prevents over extension of the plate Integrated grease fittings provide for easy maintenance and long life Low maintenance corrosion resistant self cleaning stainless steel guide rods with wipers
