This is the new black version of the popular filter. The photo of the white filter is for reference purposes – this is the original design and packaging. The 2 filters are same expcept for colour.

Other Parts:
• 37318 – Complete fuel filter kit includes head with mounting bracket, 2 brass tails 3/8″ BSP x 10mm, 2 x 3/8″ BSP brass blanking plugs, element, clear bowl and drain plug.
• 37308A – Filter head with mounting bracket, 2 brass tails 3/8″ BSP x 10mm, 2 x 3/8″ BSP brass blanking plugs and 2 hose clamps.
INSTRUCTIONS:
To Drain Water:
- Loosen self-venting drain plug to drain water from bowl into a container.
- Tighten drain.
- Use primer bulb to fill filter with fuel.
- Start engine and check to ensure there are no leaks.
To Replace Element:
- Loosen self-venting drain plug and drain the element into a container.
- Remove filter element from mounting bracket with bowl connected.
- Remove bowl from filter element and clean o-ring gland on bowl. (BOWL IS REUSABLE * DO NOT DISCARD)
- Lubricate o-ring with oil or grease and install on bowl.
- Install bowl onto new element, tighten by hand.
- Lubricate filter top seal with oil or grease.
- Fill filter/bowl assembly with clean fuel and attach it onto the mounting bracket, tighten by hand.
- Start the engine and check to ensure there are no leaks.
