SSC62 Type push in quick connect cables No tools required: Cable connects via a quick connect hand pin that is easy to remove and replace.

  • Material: Stainless steel cable outlet end minimizes corrosion.
  • Convenient 7/8″ tilt tube mount nut as per ABYC, NmmA, and BIA standards.
  • Compatibility: Fits directly to TFX rotary helms with BLA codes:

How to Measure Cable Length

Length is measured from the helm insert nut where the pin holds the cable to the tilt tube attachment nut plus 450mm.

  • Y = 450mm cable length
  • Measure A: Centre of steering wheel to gunwale
  • Measure B: Dash to transom
  • Measure C: Gunwale to centre of transom

Cable Length for Transom Stringer and Splashwell Mount:

A + B + C – 150mm

Cable Length for Tilt Tube Mount:

A + B + C + 150mm Note: Also compatible as a replacement cable for SSC62.
